Auction Terms & Conditions All items are being sold as is with no warranty. Auctioneers will not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or the defect in any lot and make no warranty in connection therewith. It is buyer's full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Descriptions and photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read descriptions and ask questions if you are unclear.
Please Note: When you register for our auction you are automatically approved for bids up to $800. Bids above that amount require additional approval. If you think that you will be bidding above that amount, we encourage you to request a higher limit by email prior to the close of the auction. Last minute bids at lot closing may not allow sufficient time for approvals.
Items will be available for pickup at a designated date, time, and location. Please read the “Checkout” section in our Auction Details for date and time. The full address and details will be provided to winning bidders in their Settlement Statement. Watch for the statement in an email from af360-noreply@sandhills.com. PLEASE REVIEW PICKUP TIMES BEFORE BIDDING! If you can not be present for the scheduled pickup, please contact us by email to make other arrangements and note that a handling fee may be charged if we must transport your items. Failure to pick up items or make shipping arrangements within ONE WEEK after the auction ends will be considered ABANDONED.

If you have the final winning bid, you will be sent a settlement agreement by email with your total payment due. Your credit card on file will be charged.
To ease pickup and provide better security, cash payments will not be accepted. For all purchases less than $1000, your credit card on file will be charged, but there are no additional credit card fees. Arrangements can be made for payment by cashier's check for purchases above $1000. Please notify us by email immediately after the auction closes.
Items can not be picked up or shipped until payment is finalized. If payment is not finalized within 1 week of auction closing, then the items will be considered abandoned.

Shipping is outsourced through the company listed below, and all costs will be the buyer's responsibility. The shipping company will contact you by phone for payment and instructions. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. Please allow 5 days after the close of the auction for your items to be transported to the shipper.
